Controller E-Commerce & Purchasing (m/f/d)

With KPI reporting, budget and forecast, you will accompany our online area and shopping – from monthly completion to project to business case and develop our controlling to the next level.

· You are responsible for the independent creation of business cases, decision templates and ad hoc analyses to control our e-commerce and retail business. · The operational and strategic corporate planning as well as forecasts are prepared independently and in close coordination with the responsible parties. · You are Sparringspartner for management and departments, advise on controlling relevant issues and introduce your expertise in cross-departmental projects. · You monitor relevant control codes, guide data-based action recommendations and drive the digitization of our controlling processes. · You create and optimize reports and dashboards (e.g. in Power BI/MS Fabric) and ensure transparency in all commercial processes.

· You have a completed study of economics, business informatics or comparable degree programs and at least 3 years of professional experience in controlling – alternatively a commercial training plus 3-5 years of relevant practice. · Ideally you know the dynamics of retail and e-commerce and have experience in project work. · You are a team player with Drive: communication strong, enforceable, service-oriented and stress-resistant. In enquiries from a wide range of stakeholders, you will be flexible and will not lose the overview. · You are characterized by pronounced analytical skills and care and self-sufficiency are of course for you. · Digital fit: MS Office is your craftsmanship, Power BI/MS Fabric are a plus.
