What awaits you in your new position Responsible support and development of cooperation with our leading brokers Sales of our high-quality credit and security insurance products in the German mid-market via the channel Top Broker Structured processing of new business requests, including analysis, offering, internal approvals and presentation as well as negotiation before top brokers and potential new customers Coordination of internal processes and coordination with various departments such as risk, underwriting, damage and service as part of new customer projects Development and implementation of acquisition measures for supervised brokerage houses Building and maintaining relationships with our top brokers and regular relationship management Updating and maintaining contacts, companies and information in the CRM system Working on continuous improvement processes and supporting leadership in compliance with service-level agreements and the collection of performance indicators

What makes you Ideally, you have a completed (special) university degree in the following fields: finance, VWL or BWL.
