Know and implement legal regulations in foreign trade as customs officer Interpreting the facts about the management, parties involved and developing the logic to be applied for implementation in computer programs Reporting to export managers Technical advice in the handling of import and export processes Feasibility checks on sensitive processes for export control according to EU and US law Edit and monitor an ICP (Internal Compliance Program) Classification and classification of goods Determination of origin and preferential calculation of goods and their presentation Administration and monitoring of special customs and export authorisations Examination and approval of system-related blocking of sales documents Monitoring the quality of external trade data First contact for foreign trade authorities, in particular for customs checks of all kinds Determination of the import and export provisions of other countries Training of employees on topics Optimization of internal processes Leadership of the employees under the leadership of the KURZ Group

Closed commercial or technical training, preferably to/from the merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services, customs expertise, transport specialist or comparable training with a focus on foreign trade Long-term experience of foreign trade, customs, export control or import required MS-Office, SAP and ATLAS knowledge required Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Reliability, Structured Operation, Good Teamability, Enforcement and Organisational Capacity
