Corporate responsibility for defining the strategy and implementation of all IT compliance and IT security measures Responsibility for defining and implementing an effective IT compliance strategy together with the CIO Responsibility for the creation, rollout and compliance of IT compliance policies and relevant process descriptions Close cooperation with the Head of IT PMO related to project governance Leadership and further development of the IT Security/Compliance Team and related external suppliers Responsible for the risk management of IT Responsible for the implementation of CSV and validation processes and the successful (more) annual audits (ISO, KRITIS, NIS2 etc.) of IT Responsibility for defining and implementing training (in particular IT compliance, cyber security awareness and introduction, CSV and validation related training) Central contact for government and customer audits regarding IT compliance Implementation of IT audits with and with external partners

Complete study of computer science, business management, business informatics or comparable training Multiannual professional experience as an IT executive with sound knowledge of the producing pharmaceutical or similar industry Multiannual experience in IT project management and pleasure in interdisciplinary and operational project cooperation Multiannual professional experience in managing and implementing IT compliance Found experience in the definition and handling of internal control systems (IKS) Basic knowledge of SAP, MES and LIMS applications and their IT architecture Embossed team and solution orientation as well as high communication strength across all hierarchy levels Entrepreneurial, powerful personality with willingness to design and strong conflict in the central vs. Locations High leadership competence – both in the management of own teams and laterally across corporate functions Rare conception, high degree of flexibility and clear prioritisation Flowing German and English skills
