Cutting machine operator / CNC specialist (m/f/d)

This job is to be filled with takeover option as part of the employee transfer.

DISCLOSURE

• You manufacture precise turning and milling parts from different materials such as cast iron, steel and stainless steel.
• You set up CNC-controlled processing machines, service and monitor them and ensure a smooth production process.
• You clamp and align workpieces, miss tools and perform the necessary corrections in case of deviations.
• You create simple CNC programs, adapt existing programs as needed and assist in optimizing the machining processes.
• You also manufacture components and assemblies on conventional turning and milling machines and ensure the required quality by testing and documentation.

DEIN PROFIL

• You have completed training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification.
• You bring practical experience in turning and/or milling and in handling CNC-controlled manufacturing machines.
• Ideally, you know how to set up, program and monitor CNC machines.
• You're sure to deal with common testing and measuring equipment and have a strong quality awareness.
• You have good knowledge of German in word and writing.
• You work independently, carefully and responsibly.
• You are a team player and in principle willing to work in the interlayer operation in the future.
