What you are moving with us: As project manager Bauwesen, You are responsible for the planning and coordination of new construction, reconstruction, expansion and closure measures as well as the construction-responsible implementation. You will also support the technical management of our REWE markets. You are responsible for compliance with the procurement and award guidelines, the design and equipment standards and for process and budget compliance. You implement the national structural sales concepts and store layouts as well as the measures for technical energy management, energy efficiency enhancement and operational safety. You are responsible for compliance with the statutory provisions and requirements in the building industry.

What convinces us: Your (special) university degree with technical engineering or a commercial training degree/ a degree from the technician school as a construction technician. Your multi-year industry-specific professional experience in the field of construction/engineering. Your safer in handling the current MS Office programs, especially MS Excel. Your willingness to travel regularly and your possession of a valid class B licence. Your independent, self-responsible work, enforcing and your team skills are just as good as your strong negotiating skills.
