We are looking for you and your expertise for the management of the Sanitary Department in the TGA planning of highly complex EPCM projects! Your location? You decide! Whether Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Freiburg, Hamburg, Karlsruhe, Mannheim or Cologne – choose the location that best suits you and start with Drees & Sommer. Development and planning of complex TGA solutions with a focus on plumbing across all performance phases of HOAI Implementation of innovative and sustainable concepts in the field of sanitary technology Participation in the design and optimization of the TGA planning process in the context of general planning in close cooperation with internal and external specialist planning teams Ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards and technical specifications Responsible handling of projects within the HLSK team Active introduction of suggestions for improvement to further develop existing planning processes and methods Ensuring quality assurance within the specialist group for ongoing projects

Successfully completed studies in the field of supply and building technology, building climate, energy technology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in technical building equipment Impressed motivation and enthusiasm for innovative solutions Analytical thinking, networked thinking, and a quick understanding Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured, independent and interdisciplinary approach
