Team Leader Examination Organization (m/w/d)

As a self-governing organisation of the economy, the Braunschweig Chamber of Industry and Commerce represents the total interests of around 43,000 mostly medium-sized enterprises in the cities of Braunschweig and Salzgitter as well as in the counties Goslar, Helmstedt, Peine and Wolfenbüttel. The IHK Braunschweig is looking for a team leader (m/w/d) in full-time (40 hours/week) for the Department of Occupation and Education:

• further development and development of existing and new structures and processes in coordination with the department management profession and education

• Control of the audit organization, as well as optimization of existing processes, interfaces and workflows

• Coordination and monitoring of operations, as well as service-oriented cooperation in daily business

• Management of the assigned employees and quality assurance of the assigned responsibility area

• Development of staff in coordination with department management and the management of employee talks

• Strategic and operational support of employees in all themes, in particular:

• A successfully completed training, preferably in the commercial sector, would also like a degree

• You have several years of professional experience and knowledge in the IHK working world, preferably in the field of examination and seminar organization or the like.
