They are sometimes responsible for managing the Product Backlog for a software product in the Electronic Warfare (COMINT). Furthermore, you take over the creation, maintenance and prioritization of the product requirements. Following tasks await you:

• Management of Product Backlogs for an Electronic Warfare (COMINT) software product
• creation, maintenance and prioritization of product requirements. Transparent, clear and understandable preparation for the development team
• Stakeholder management as a central interface between the product manager, the project managers, the development and the test team. Recording requirements and managing expectations
• Ensuring regular product releases through constant product increments (over several sprint cycles)
• Coordination of features with the product manager and decision of the development order to achieve the highest benefit
• Active participation in Scrum events (sprint planning, review, retrospective) and clarification of questions about the requirements during the sprint

We wish:

• A completed study in computer science, software development, or a comparable qualification
• Certification for Scrum Product Owner (PSPO / CSPO) or a comparable qualification
• Embossed team and communication skills as well as a high level of responsibility, resilience and organizational skills
• German and English skills
• Tools: Java, C++, DOORS, Jira, Confluence, MS-Project
