We are looking for an area manager (m/w/d) for the location Braunschweig.

Together with the business management, you develop a targeted sales strategy for Meyer Hochbau in the area of Braunschweig and implement it in a targeted manner Your focus is on the acquisition of construction projects (new construction, renovation, industrial and commercial construction, engineering) You develop our customer base strategically You are responsible for active care and long-term ensuring valuable customer relationships As a disciplinary leadership, You are responsible for the further development and continuous expansion of the team on site You take over the overall responsibility for our construction projects from planning to acceptance and work closely with the management. You control order processing in technical, economic, timely and qualitative terms and ensure compliance with all standards. You conduct contract negotiations with contracting entities, subcontractors and suppliers.

You have several years of experience in the acquisition of construction projects Bringing new construction projects in particular You detectable experience with You have not only won projects, but also maintained long-term customer relationships Knowledge of building and contract law You have proven experience in the successful management and implementation of large projects volumes between 40 and 60 million euros You lead clearly, bindingly and with empathy – and understand how to motivate and develop teams Travel readiness; priority in Northern Germany (about 10%) Very good German knowledge
