Your role Projektleiter (m/w/x)

You ensure that our optical production works efficiently, stablely and cost-consciously – and are responsible for processes, data and results

You design and optimize the work plans in optical production and thus create the basis for economic production processes

By reviewing and developing presetting times and processes, you are actively working towards a continuous reduction in production costs

You ensure that work preparation-relevant master data are up-to-date, consistent and usable – as a basis for planning, control and transparency in production

With your focus on processes, data quality and cost-effectiveness, you support the strategic development of our production area and strengthen the competitiveness of ZEISS

At least completed qualification as a technician (m/w/x) or master (m/w/x), ideally combined with experience in optical production

multiannual experience in or contact points with work preparation

Embossed understanding of economic manufacturing processes and interest in manufacturing costs and data optimization

IT affinity and safe handling of common office applications; Experiences with ERP systems are advantageous here

Ideally knowledge of the time economy; a REFA appearance is a plus

Structured, self-sponsored working, joy in taking responsibility actively, and high communication and team skills

Very good German and good English skills, at least at level C1
