Professional leadership, coordination and further development of the team of the Künle Land Management Development and implementation of sustainable strategies to increase value and optimize our real estate portfolio Identification and realization of potentials for optimizing earnings, area and use Development of concepts for modernisation, revitalisation and re-use measures Control of demanding real estate projects – from analysis to planning to successful implementation Implementation of market, location and cost-effectiveness analyses as the basis of strategic decisions Development of long-term investment, maintenance and sustainability strategies Control and coordination of external service providers, planning offices and project partners Creation of Business Cases, Investment Statements and Basis of Decisions for Management Responsibility for budget planning, cost control and the economic development of the supervised real estate Close cooperation with Asset Management, Rental, Technology, Finance and Controlling Observing market trends, legal developments and ESG requirements and their integration into the corporate strategy Active participation in the long-term development of our company

Successfully completed training or studies in the field of real estate, business or a comparable field Multiannual professional experience in real estate management or real estate management Entrepreneurial thinking and pronounced economic understanding Experience in managing complex projects and optimizing processes leadership experience or motivation to assume leadership responsibility Communication strength, negotiation skills and safe occurrence Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with real estate management software Good knowledge of economic indicators and budget and cost management
