As a subsidiary of the German Trade Union Federation (DGB), it represents the members of the DGB unions in more than 100,000 procedures per year. DGB Rechtsschutz GmbH has over 115 locations across Germany and employs about 750 employees:inside. The process representation extends to all instances and to the Court of Justice of the European Union (ECJ) and the European Court of Human Rights (ECMR). We are looking for our office in Dortmund from 1. February 2026 a:n Projektmanager (m/d) in full time (37 hours per week) limited for at least 12 months

You conduct independent proceedings before the labour, social and administrative courts. You advise union members, works and personnel councils as well as trade union representatives on questions of individual and collective labour law and social law. You have the opportunity to engage in technical matters, for example by writing articles for our publications, giving lectures and participating in legal and trade union events.

You have the second legal state exam. You have good knowledge of labour and social law. You are welcome to bring first professional experience. You identify yourself with trade union values and beliefs. We look forward to experience in the trade union environment and the representation of workers:internal interests. You have negotiation skills and have conviction in word and writing. Binding appearances characterize you as well as communicative skills and team skills.

A varied and meaningful activity. Depending on the previous experience, your entry fee is EUR 67,700 to 74,100 per year (for full time).
