Helpers - Food Manufacturing (m/f/d)

For our Dunkin Donuts baked goods production facility in Bönen we are now looking for ambitious and responsible shift guides.

What's your job?

As a shift leader/in, you represent the production line in the absence and support it in the proper execution of recurring tasks as well as in ensuring a smooth workflow. These include, among other things, the organisation and implementation of warehouses and magazine works, the implementation of standard product controls and the quality control of goods delivery, the verification of all work areas ensure compliance with the specified working safety, quality and hygiene standards, as well as the proper documentation according to the Dunkin Brands guidelines and legal requirements. When you change the product, you will change the equipment in no time so that production can be resumed quickly and no downtime will occur. Small maintenance and troubleshooting are carried out independently. In agreement with the production line, you will set up appropriate schedules, check compliance with work and break times as well as hygiene and safety regulations. In addition, you will arrange for the proper incorporation of new employees and also take over other helpful and cleaning work.

With your motivating hands-on mentality, you enable your team to implement standards every day and at least meet requirements. You work with others respectfully and are ready to work in the afternoon, in the evening and at night.
