Your job

• Your technical know-how helps you control house technology as well as minor repairs
• You'll take care of the garbage delivery, exterior cleaning, smaller gardening and emergency services
• You take seasonal winter service
• You work part-time from 25 hours or full-time 35 hours a week

What you bring

• You have at least 1 year of professional experience as a master (m/w/d)
• You bring basic technical understanding and craftsmanship
• You have a class B licence
• You have a high degree of reliability
• You convince with your dedicated and independent way of working
