Description of posts

• Responsibility for the operational, organisational and disciplinary management of the operational staff
• Intensive advice and support for existing and new customers
• Care, leadership and motivation of employees in the assigned area of responsibility (including implementation of employee talks)
• preparation of instructions and regular updating and monitoring of compliance
• preparation of accounting and personnel accounting
• Support in the care and development of existing customers, as well as new customer acquisitions and participation in the preparation of the offer creation
• Communication and support of corporate objectives
• Support of the PSBM (Senior Head of Division) and BMO (Operative Head of Division)

Qualifications

• Mind. Certificate examination according to §34a GewO
• Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
• Including experience in the service/security industry
• (personal) leadership experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of the service planning programme (DPP) desirable
• High technology affinity is advantageous
• Class B licence
• Police management certificate without registration
• High service orientation and flexibility
• Embossed organizational talent as well as high team and motivation
