Development and operation of our Microsoft-based IT infrastructure (On-Premises & Cloud) Administration and backup of the email infrastructure (Exchange, Spamfilter NoSpamProxy, Certificates) Planning and implementation of internal infrastructure projects Control of external service providers and coordination with internal IT teams Further development of standards, configurations and IT documentation (e.g. Docusnap) Working with IT security topics (system hardening, configuration monitoring, CVE elimination in cooperation with the SOC) Support in the operation and development of Microsoft 365 and Azure

Successfully completed training/study in IT relevant discipline and at least 5-year experience in the operation of complex Microsoft infrastructures Very good knowledge in Exchange/E-mail infrastructure, Active Directory and Windows Server Multidomain environments Experience with Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments, ideally also with Azure Good knowledge of network, firewalls and VPN (DNS, DHCP, NAC etc.) Experience with IT security topics and collaboration with security teams Practice in IT projects, service provider management and IT documentation Knowledge of common tools and platforms such as VMware, Atlassian Stack, Docusnap or SQL Servers are beneficial Basic knowledge ITIL, ideal experience in the environment ISO 27001 Communication strength as well as sovereign appearance also in professionally demanding discussions Team orientation and the ability to constructive cooperation across IT areas Binding, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Full visibility and action within the meaning of the company Very good English and German language skills
