Senior Project Manager Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the technical, commercial and organisational implementation of complex electrotechnical projects Professional and disciplinary leadership of interdisciplinary project teams as well as targeted further development and coaching of junior and project leaders Superior coordination and control of all project activities to ensure the appointment, quality, security, costs and earnings targets Responsibility for technical clarification with customers, planners and authorities as well as the management of demanding contractual, supplementary and price negotiations with customers, suppliers and partners Strategic selection, control and evaluation of contractors and suppliers taking into account electrical standards, safety regulations and quality standards Proactive identification, evaluation and control of project-specific risks (technical, timely, economic) including escalation and decision management Ensuring consistent application and further development of project management systems as well as quality, contract, award, risk and security policies Active participation in the strategic development of the electrotechnical project business, optimization of processes and knowledge transfer within the organization

Completed electrotechnical training, ideally with further training to the technician, master or study of electrical engineering or a comparable field of expertise Multiannual professional experience in the independent project and construction site processing of demanding electrotechnical projects, preferably in the industrial, energy or building engineering environment Detectional experience in the management and coordination of project teams and in the management of external project participants and subcontractors Very good knowledge of the relevant electrotechnical regulations and standards, especially VDE regulations Part B Management Systems Directive (LAR)

Funded commercial understanding of cost, time and risk management as well as experience in contract and follow-up management Safe handling of common computer systems and project management tools Embossed communication and negotiation strength as well as sovereign appearance towards customers, suppliers, authorities and internal management levels High sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, solution-oriented way of working Embossed customer and earnings orientation paired with enforceability and decision strength Driving licence class B and willingness to project-related mobility
