Nursing specialist in the late shift (m/f/d)

For our location in Pulheim – right in front of the gates of Cologne – we are looking for a care professional (m/w/d) in late service at the next possible time, which likes to laugh and does not lose humor even in a more stressful situation. Our house has three living areas, no one has a nursing focus, so a colorful potpourri awaits you from challenges in daily work. Your tasks in the institution:

• You take care of the individual basic and treatment care of the inhabitants with heart and mind
• Each resident has individual needs, this you recognize and align the activating daily design on it
• You document the care process around the resident (medicine assignment, care logs etc.)
• With the team on site, you can make a significant part in ensuring the quality of care
• You have an open ear for the residents and their relatives at any time

That's what you bring:

• You have a completed vocational training as a examinated nursing professional, nursing and/or health care professional
• You are welcome with and without professional experience
• You are a team player and owns empathy in dealing with the residents and colleagues
• You work independently, solution-oriented and you like to laugh – we do too!
• You have the willingness to work in all layers, unless we find a solution
• You have a certain IT affinity
