Technical Facility Manager / Facility Management / Building Services (m/f/d)

You plan and organize the use of foreign companies and carry out decreases in the services provided. You provide and document system- and audit-relevant data in the CAFM system. You control and control maintenance, inspection, and maintenance, in compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g. DIN, VDI, STestV, AMEV). You will ensure the operational readiness of the technical building equipment (TGA) using the Desigo CC building control technology. You guarantee building safety, preventive fire protection and the functionality and control of alarm devices. You monitor consumption parameters as part of energy management and advertise them. You fix faults by external service providers independently or co-ordinarily required repair assignments. As an integral part of sustainability management, you support the delivery, evaluation and optimization of sustainable data/measurement points (KPI) of your task. You support the creation of operating expenses and are contact for tenants of the Evangelical Bank with technical questions.

You have a completed technical or crafted vocational training, for example as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning, ventilation technology, as an electronics engineer for energy and building technology, in the field of MSR technology or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year and well-founded professional experience in technical facility management, in the operation of technical building facilities or in the control of external technical service providers. The professional handling of CAFM systems is familiar to you; ideally, you have accompanied the rebuilding, development or reorganization of a CAFM system professionally. You have a strong understanding of energy-efficient, sustainable and regular building operations and take into account ecological aspects such as energy consumption, resource conservation and CO2 reduction in your working day.
