They take over project management services in construction projects and are leading and controlling In doing so, you are responsible for projects of various sizes with a focus on major projects The clarification and achievement of the objectives in terms of dates, costs and qualities, the organization of the building and execution, the procurement strategy and the contracting, the taxes and quality assurance of the design and execution participants fall into your responsibility until project success. You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) preferably in the field of architecture, civil engineering, economic engineering or comparable. Further requirements: You can present at least 3 years of professional experience in the construction industry, experience in project management of several projects is desirable Your profile is rounded off by first knowledge and experience in building information modeling (BIM) as well as by qualified knowledge in the field of construction-relevant legislation (e.g. HOAI, VOB, VgV and AHO) You can judge and control your quality on site A DVP certificate or similar qualification is desirable They are routined in handling standard IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office including Project, Project Communication Systems) and open to the application of SAP In addition to your high motivation, flexibility and orientation, you also have a strong linguistic competence You have the willingness and ability to guide a Service-Kfz
