Your tasks

• You are responsible for coordinating the daily business and execute orders
• In the daily business you sell, present and prepare our products and collect our customers
• You ensure compliance and implementation of the company's requirements and hygiene standards
• You bear business responsibility, analyze key figures and take measures
• You lead and motivate your team and support its further development
• You are planning for personnel and goods

• You have a successful completion of vocational training and ideally first leadership experience in food crafts or a similar area
• You are an organizational talent and lead your team with commitment and ambition

• Your strengths include flexibility, high motivation and good communication skills
• You bring the readiness to the interchangeable layer (spring and late)
