Junior Consultant Quantity Planning - Focus on Meat / Fish (m/f/d)

As a junior consultant in the merchandise business, you are responsible for the quantity planning of our food promotional articles focusing on meat / fish / poultry and always have the key figures (e.g. sales figures) in mind. This means that you are responsible for the optimal availability of goods in our stores!

This means:

Analysis of sales figures and stock situation and the derivation of appropriate measures Close interface to the supplier (e.g. with delivery difficulties) and escalation management Close exchange with in-house interfaces (e.g. purchasing) and first contact for regional companies Ticket processing via Jira Consideration of quantity planning Implementation of process optimization and independent further development of existing processes

Completed studies, e.g. in the field of trade, business informatics, etc. or completed training with corresponding training First professional experience, optimally in a trading company Affinity over the edge of the plate and introduce new ideas High metric affinity and analytic thinking as well as the ability to easily and understand these Communication strength associated with an independent, structured operation First experiences with Apps Script, Low Coding and Google Sheets
