The Youth aid and crisis intervention e.V. accompanies children and youth in challenging situations of life with individual, tailor-made help. As an innovative institution for child and youth aid, we rely on personal relationships, trust and sustainable development instead of standard solutions.

Our roots are in the pathfinder movement. That is why nature, movement and common experiences belong to our pedagogical self-image. Whether cycling tour, campfires, tents or joint cooking – we believe that real experiences strengthen young people and enable development.

In order to strengthen our team, we are immediately looking for a pedagogical specialist (m/w/d)** in our individual support for the main supervisor in Rodias.

Your tasks

✔ Individual promotion of personal and social development

✔ Support in everyday life and support in school, leisure and therapy

✔ Planning and implementation of experiential educational offers

✔ Confidential cooperation with parents and reference persons

✔ Cooperation with youth offices, authorities and other network partners

✔ Participation in help plan discussions and documentation of pedagogical work
