Technical Consultant CRM (m/f/d)

You install our software CAS genesisWorld (On-Premises or SaaS), play updates and ensure a stable operation. You integrate our software into the IT landscape of our customers and set up the systems. You conduct technical customer discussions, clarify requirements and tune expectations. You document setups, decisions and conversation results and ensure a smooth transfer. You make individual adjustments and interfaces available and handle access, authentication and security (e.g. MFA). You work closely with specialist consulting, development and customers and join the team.

You know in the Windows environment and have basic knowledge of relational databases, ideally MS SQL. You have a degree in business informatics or a comparable training (e.g. specialist informatics for system integration) with corresponding practical experience. You have very good German skills and communicate clearly, bindingly and with friends. You can convey technical facts in a comprehensible and concise manner. Basic knowledge of cloud/saaS environments, IT security or CRM/ERP systems are advantageous.
