You coordinate the smooth operations in all restaurant and snack facilities in cooperation with the F&B Manager in day-to-day operations and are present at the guest As Operations Manager, you take shifts as Manager on Duty and take responsibility for day-to-day over the entire gastronomy in the Europa-Park or Rulantica You support your R&B Manager in organizing and implementing projects and contribute to the creation and development of processes and standards In the training and further training of our employees and trainees, you will You make sure that legal and collective provisions are complied with You will review the operational efficiency of the holdings on a daily basis and implement measures to meet the business objectives You are the interface to other departments and work constructively with them Inspire your positive performance and motivate your entire team in the operational R&B area

You have a completed vocational training in the field of economics or a comparable training within gastronomy Your talent lies in the implementation of existing processes and you can adapt and optimize these to the challenges of time through your experience in gastronomy Your focus is on the operating daily business You know well with the Microsoft Office package as well as industry-specific software (POS systems / cash register software) and speak English and/or French You're an organizational talent and you're positively hoping for your willingness to perform.
