End-to-end control of public tenders: You plan, coordinate and manage the entire supply process for contracting entities – from the analysis of the award documents to the final bid fee. Leadership of the offer team: You are an expert in specialist areas, delivery, sales, law and other stakeholders. You make sure that content, deadlines and quality standards are complied with at any time. Strategic offer advice: You develop offer strategies, perform competitive analyses and support the differentiation of our services to the market. Responsibility for text and quality:You support the creation of convincing, write-off texts and optimierst technical contributions regarding structure, messages and evaluation logic. Process optimization and best practices: You develop our internal proposal management processes and bring your know-how to increase efficiency and quality sustainably. GenAI in the supply process: You use modern approaches such as generative AI to speed up supply processes and raise content to a new level of quality.

DEIN PROFIL Specialized knowledge: Business or technical studies – or comparable qualifications – form the basis. Multiannual experience in the proposal/ Bid Management: You have extensive experience in managing complex supply processes, ideally in the IT service environment. Expertise in public tenders:You know the peculiarities of award procedures and use tender criteria strategically. Certifications of advantage: A APMP certification is welcome, but no need. Personality: detailed orientation, quality awareness, self-responsibility and clear communication. KI competence: You are curious about Artificial Intelligence, using AI-supported tools in your working day and build your skills step by step. Language knowledge: Very good German and good English skills
