Then you will be part of our IT Demand and Portfolio Management team at Vaillant! We support our Group in achieving its strategic goals and fulfilling operational requirements by controlling the IT project portfolio. You prepare workshops and meetings carefully and actively support their implementation For different target groups, such as project management, create executives and employees You appealing presentations Administratively relieve the team by reporting, data management and documentation in tools like Jira, Confluence and MS SharePoint Partners (m/w/d) and promote exchange in the project portfolio At the onboarding and training of project managers (m/w/d), you are actively supporting and ensuring a smooth start You support the effort and cost tracking to ensure the overview of projects

Qualification: You are enrolled as a student (m/w/d) in the field of business, business informatics or a comparable course of study Experience: First practical experiences (e.g. through internships or university projects) in project management or in IT administration are of advantage, but no need Know-how: In the safe handling of MS Office you are practiced; ideally bring basic knowledge to Jira, Confluence and SharePoint Nice to have: knowledge in the field of IT project portfolio or agile methods are welcome and support your development with us Personality: Your structured, independent way of working and your communicative way are characterized.
