Our hotel is known for a varied, high quality breakfast. As part of our kitchen team, you are responsible for preparing this daily for hundreds of guests. The goal is to surprise and delight every guest in the early morning with your culinary skills. This will be done with the help of high-quality, fresh products, and a dynamic team: Prepare and arrange high-quality food Cleaning and organization of all work areas Preparation of the Mise en place Assistance in the timely, efficient and successful handling of guest requests Control of food quality and proper storage Taking into account the departmental objectives and taking active measures to achieve them

As a breakfast cook (m/w/d) you always work with other team members and in the interest of our guests. To successfully fill this position, you should have the following settings, behaviors, skills and values: A completed adequate training or long-term professional experience in a similar task area in a gastronomy kitchen Good English and German language skills Positive attitude Independent work and team work Teaching according to the Infection Protection Act
