In order to provide our customers with the best service, we rely on a team of over 730 employees at 14 locations across Germany, who use their competencies for companies from various industries.

Act as a central interface between departments (e.g. IT, data, specialist departments) and coordinate AI-related activities along the entire process. Analyze existing processes and identify systematically AI potentials (use cases) taking into account benefits, effort, data availability and regulatory requirements. Design and moderate workshops for use-case determination, requesting and prioritization and support specialist areas in understanding the opportunities and limits of AI. Support the selection, introduction and integration of suitable AI tools, platforms and cloud solutions in close cooperation with internal teams and external partners. Lead AI projects from the first idea to the conception, to the implementation and scaling and ensure quality, effectiveness and sustainability of the solutions. Sensitising and empowering specialist areas through workshops, trainings and best practice sharing and observe relevant AI trends to actively introduce new impulses to the company.

You have a degree in the field of (economic) informatics, data science, economics or a comparable qualification. You have practical experience in artificial intelligence, data analytics or digital transformation and ideally have first touch points with AI models or LLMs. You will bring first experience in the implementation of workshops, project management or work on AI-related use cases. You know common cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud and have a basic understanding of modern AI technologies. You are able to process and communicate complex technical content in a comprehensible, addressable and practical way. You are convinced by a structured, proactive and solution-oriented way of working, strong communication and organizational strength and a high interest in new technologies and innovations.
