You assist in managing the day-to-day business and keep an eye on the economic indicators. You optimize and design the sales areas, present the current assortments and organize sales promotion measures. With joy and passion, guide and motivate your team and support staff deployment planning.

You are trained in the retail trade (e.g. a merchant or a merchant in the retail trade) and provide a completed training (e.g. a trader or a trader). You understand how to think and act economically, have analytical understanding and bring organizational talent. You communicate transparently, lead with empathy and make independent decisions. Ideally, you have a training certificate and the certificate for free-trade medicines.
