As a home technician (m/w/d), you are on site in our large market responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of the building, all (safety) technical facilities and equipment.

• Maintenance and maintenance: They independently ensure the operational availability of all technical installations and ensure operational safety. In addition, you are responsible for the organisation and monitoring of the maintenance and maintenance of all technical installations. These include sanitary, heating, climate/colds, strong current, safety technology and building control technology.
• Repairs and disorders: They ensure safe and efficient building operation by troubleshooting and responding quickly to technical emergencies, including with the support of external specialist companies.
• Development and documentation: For minor repairs and technical emergencies, pick up offers and coordinate a smooth running of the operations of external specialist companies on site. The necessary documentation of maintenance and repairs is in your hand.
• Special tasks: They take over the function of the fire protection and safety officer as well as the electric power ordered for the location and also participate in the reputation for the location.

Qualifications

• Training: They bring a completed training in the field of electrical engineering. For example, as an electronic engineer for energy and building technology (m/w/d), electricians (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Experiences and knowledge: They already have experience in the operation and control of technical systems and know the relevant regulations and safety standards (such as VDE, DGUV 3, etc.).
• Team player: They like to work independently and independently and support your colleagues on site quickly and easily if your help is needed.
