As part of our operations teams in the field of Strategy and Transactions in Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf or Munich, you will accompany our customers in complex challenges and transformations. You can do a variety of tasks: You advise national and international companies on strategic issues such as the design of target-operating models, holistic transformation programs and structural change situations (e.g. carve-outs or integrations), turnaround programs and restructuring concepts You set the course for the future orientation of business models by advising our customers on current topics such as the technological change or the sustainability of the supply chains and analysing operations and supply chain strategies to optimize business performance You support private equity investors across the entire deal cycle, from Operational Due Diligence, the Value Creation of Portfolio Companies in the Holding Period to Exit You immerse yourself in different industries and get to know diverse project types. How you develop into a versatile professional and combine professional excellence and profound industry knowledge As a senior consultant, you continue to deepen your professional skills and specialize in areas where you have already been successful

You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on business management, finance, economics, engineering or other quantitative studies and are interested in strategy and transaction consulting Ideally, you have gained first practical experience in the strategy, transaction or restructuring consulting - alternatively, you bring together strategy development or first transaction experiences from the financial or corporate world and have also worked abroad You bring outstanding analytical skills, critical thinking and a structured, accurate working with You can also argue convincingly in complex contexts You are creative, curious, team-oriented and motivated to go to lead You have very good communication and negotiation skills in German and English, as well as safe handling of Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
