For our renowned customer companies we are looking for experienced plant mechanic heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary / gas and water installers / central heating and ventilation builders (m/w/d) for the care of domestic installations on site.

♪ Your future task:

• Technical support and monitoring of building equipment in the area of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary
• Maintenance, inspection and repair work
• troubleshooting, fault analysis and professional repair
• Implementation of safety and functional testing
• start-up of systems as well as instruction of users or Contact person on site
• Control and control of foreign companies and service providers
• Creation and maintenance of documentation, reports and technical documentation – including collection in computer/MS office systems

Your profile for the plant mechanic SHK / Haustechniker (m/w/d):

• Completed vocational training as plant mechanic Heating / Air Conditioning / Sanitation (SHK), gas and water installer or central heating and ventilation builder (m/w/d)
• Professional experience in building technology of advantage
• willingness to participate in call-ready and emergency services
• Class B driving licence (old: 3)
• Ideally existing occupational medical examinations G20 and G25 (can be retrieved if necessary)
• Secure handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented operation
• Friendly, service-oriented appearance in dealing with customers and users
