Control complaint and CAPA processes, analyze quality problems and establish sustainable improvement measures. perform and answer internal audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. as team lead the QA team, develop and promote an open, motivating team culture. answer the QA area, develop strategically, analyze quality indicators and continuously optimize processes.

a completed technical study in the STEM field or a comparable qualification (e.g. medical technology, industrial engineering). have several years of experience in quality management or quality assurance of medical technology with knowledge in complaints, CAPA and audit processes. has good knowledge of EN ISO 13485 and the European Medical Device Regulation (MDR). Draw yourself through a structured, solution-oriented way of working and ideally have already gained (first) leadership experience.
