Group leader for packaging (m/f/d)

You control the entire production process in shift operation and as the first respondent to your team, ensure compliance with our high quality (FSSC, HACCP), hygiene and safety standards. You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team, promote the individual development of your employees and create a motivating working environment. You plan and control the production and mixing processes, ensure optimal system utilization and provide all relevant data in our ERP system (SAP S/4HANA). You identify proactive optimization potentials and drive the continuous improvement of processes (KVP) by using methods such as lean management or TPM. You work closely with the Quality Assurance, Technology and Logistics departments and represent the interests of production in cross-site projects.

You bring a completed training in the food sector, ideally supplemented by a further education (e.g. Master), and have already gained professional experience in the industry. You have first experience in managing teams and enjoy motivating and developing your employees. The work in multilayer operation is familiar to you and you place great value on quality and hygiene (e.g. according to FSSC 22.000, CVP). You are safe in dealing with common IT programs such as MS Office and ERP systems (SAP knowledge is beneficial) and ideally have experience with lean management. Your work is independent and independent, you think process-oriented and are ready to work in shift and weekend service. Very good German skills (C1) for smooth communication in the team complete your profile.
