Trainer (m/w/d) Sales, IT Systems

For our IT Training group, we are looking for a trainer (m/w/d) that enables our asset advisors to optimally support their customers with the IT solutions provided.

They conduct IT training for our end users in different formats:presence training Online presentations Hybrid events and blended learning events Webinars

You create trainer guides and other necessary documents for presence and online events The feedback from the participants of their trainings will be communicated to the relevant specialist teams and will thus contribute to a continuous further development of the new application landscape. They support the creation of new e-learning offers

You have several years of experience in sales (preferably in financial services/insurance) and/or as trainers in adult education They bring the willingness to work into complex IT systems that are developed in order to convey their handling They develop the existing training concepts with innovative and modern training methods You are experienced in the execution of hybrid events – Webinare also belongs to your daily business They possess methodological-didactic skills and convey training content varied and comprehensible They are characterized by a high customer and result orientation and point with their communication strength and presentation security You are a team player and share your knowledge with colleagues They bring the willingness to travel within the German-speaking area
