IT Coordinator (m/w/d) - medium-sized group of companies

In this newly created role as IT coordinator (m/w/d), you are the link between the location and the Chief Digital Officer (CDO). You keep an overview of ongoing IT topics, ensure a smooth run in everyday life and support exciting projects, such as the introduction of new IT systems. You will bring your own ideas and design them. Short paths, a lot of personal responsibility and an open team are waiting for you! Coordination of IT activities at the site in close cooperation with the Central Chief Digital Officer (CDO) Control and support of IT projects like the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Contact person for internal areas in IT-relevant topics and interface to the CDO Operational coordination of external IT service provider in daily business (1st and 2nd level support) Ensuring smooth IT infrastructure, software deployment and user management processes Rollouts, system adjustments and training within the company Accompanying the continuous digitization and introduction of new tools and systems

Completed studies in the field (economic) informatics, IT management or a comparable qualification First practical experience in the IT project environment, preferably accompanied by IT projects Self-organisation and sense of responsibility combined with a pronounced hands-on mentality Communicative, solution-oriented and open to new technologies Good German and ideal English skills
