Your tasks Strategic guarantee management: independent coordination and Monitoring of warranty compliance via all associated customers beyond, including communication with auditors, account teams and other stakeholders. Contract analysis: detailed examination and Interpretation of treaties, in particular with regard to guarantee and investment topics. Pitch Management: Responsibility for Creation and coordination of investment offers at pitches and risk assessment based on pitch documents and Customer contracts. Compliance and audits: ensuring compliance for customer projects and support as part of audits. Team leadership: Instruction and incorporation of Junior Value Managers and cooperation with various internal teams Ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for at least 5 years professional experience in a media agency, an auditor or a comparable environment. Knowledge found in Contract verification and management of warranty KPIs. Experience in Pitch management and creation of tracking and reporting. Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to create opportunities and risks , Management experience and willingness, younger colleagues to be initiated. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and Writing.
