Porsche E-Bike Performance was founded to redesign mobility and develop innovative electric drive systems for e-bikes. We combine years of experience in the development of e-bike drives with innovative software solutions and extend them through the comprehensive knowledge, research and competence of Porsche. With Porsche E-Bike Performance, we design and produce groundbreaking systems under two brands: compact, lightweight FAZUA drive systems for agile e-bikes and in future also particularly powerful drive systems under the brand name Porsche. You are the voice of Porsche eBike Performance and supports our riders by phone. In this team you share the enthusiasm for Porsche and FAZUA products as well as our services and set the foundation for an excellent customer experience You have the entrance of new tickets in view, analyze them, arrange for pre-qualification and process them independently or assign them to the 2nd or 3rd level support colleagues You will find the optimal solutions for the concerns of our customers, as every conversation and email/ticket offers an exceptional service experience thanks to your enthusiasm for communication You like to deal with the basics of our drive systems, identify and solve simple questions about our electric motors You can document all customer requests in our CRM system, create orders for exchange components in SAP and safely unwind returns

You already have experience in customer support by phone, email or chat You have a real passion for customer service and a sense of responsibility for the customer experience You have a good technical understanding and interest in e-bikes You have a talent to actively listen to others, capture their concerns quickly and deal with different types of communication You are able to quickly analyze technical enquiries and assign them to the right person You are solution-oriented, keep a cool head at high workload and bring the willingness to bring you into technical problem solutions You are good at building lasting relationships with customers You can control German in word and writing, and you are also safe in English. Ideally you have another foreign language
