Up and extension of the ‘Europabüro Ruhr’ as a permanent presence (up to 75% of the regular working time) and representation of interests of the Ruhr area in Brussels Development and implementation of annual work programmes in close cooperation with the RVR and its partner organisations in the Ruhr area

Completed scientific studies (Diplom/Master) of the Department of Business Administration or comparable Very good knowledge of the institutions and the functioning of the European Union Comprehensive knowledge of relevant national institutions in Brussels Professional experience in managing and controlling cooperation projects, processes Very good knowledge of the funding structures at EU level, the federal state and the state of NRW Clear understanding of the tasks and the role of a municipal purpose association in NRW Professional experience in funding coordination and consulting, funding request status or strategic funding management (required) Very good knowledge of English (safe for negotiation). Knowledge of another EU language of advantage
