Senior Consultant Turnaround & Restructuring (m/f/d)

As Senior Consultant Turnaround & Restructuring (m/w/d), you advise clients on the preparation and implementation of renovations, restructurings and liquidations and insolvency – and thus contribute to sustainable strategic changes in the company. Analysis: You check the market situation, business models, and strategic positioning of companies in the crisis and check performance-economic potentials. Concept: On the basis of this data, you work on complex facts, develop solution strategies and business and liquidity plans. Advice: You can help your customers in restructuring projects and answer financial, operational, strategic and/or technical questions. Support: With your team, you will prepare individual business reviews, perform them and develop recommendations for action based on the results. Projects: You also support your colleagues in specific business consulting projects and sales in special situations (Distressed M&A).

Completion in economics, informatics or industrial engineering, relevant professional experience in the restructuring industry or in the insolvency environment Knowledge of a financial or performance sector (e.g. production or purchasing), great interest in reorganization issues or economic issues in the event of insolvency Number affinity, safe handling of MS Office, creative team player, desire for challenging projects High commitment, self-responsibility and targeted, agile functioning, sovereign communication with demanding target groups readiness to travel and joy in direct exchange and presentation in German and English (very good in word and writing)
