During your training at LIGA Bank The beginning of training is September 1. Your training spans three varied years that you spend at our headquarters in Regensburg, the vocational school and at the Academy in Beilgries. In this time, you will be introduced step by step into the world of banking: In the first year of training, you start with an introduction week where you learn everything to successfully start your career. After that, the first practice in our branch awaits you. There you will get to know the banking business from scratch – from account management and payment processing to various account models. You will also get first insights into various internal departments. In the 2nd year of training, you deepen your knowledge in the branch and in the customer advice. You learn how to deal with more demanding financial products such as securities, asset and savings. At the same time, you have the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience in other internal departments such as credit management. In the 3rd year of training, you develop your consulting skills. You are working intensively on topics such as building finance, risk management and tax aspects. In addition, you will gain deeper insights into areas such as controlling and asset management to broaden your knowledge. Your training will be completed with the IHK exam to the*m “Banker/Bankerman”.
