You report to the team leader Employee Benefits You enter and manage individual and collective insurance contracts in the insurance-like provision You are contact for our national customers in the field of the administration of insurance-based precautionary concepts You advise employees (telephonically, online) in implementing the bAV financed by payment conversion You support sales measures such as creating convincing presentations and joint customer talks You are actively working in exciting project groups on digitalization topics and artificial intelligence You support customers and colleagues in optimizing process processes and in communication around operational precautions You support our customers in matters relating to insurance-specific issues and tax, social and labour law issues as well as insurance contracts and/or pension plans, as well as support for our consultants and correspondence and conduct negotiations with our insurance partners

(m/w/d) or studies in the commercial sector or a comparable quality, ideally with the focus on life insurance / occupational retirement or a comparable training, e.g. Training as a businessman for insurance and finance with subsequent training, e.g. as a specialist or specialist in occupational pensions DVA Occupational experience in the administration area of occupational retirement provision Good knowledge of labour, social security and tax law and good mathematical understanding Very good German and ideally good English language skills in word and writing IT affinity e.g. to maintain various interfaces, experience in handling complex data messages and safe handling of the current MS Office systems Embossed entrepreneurial thinking, team skills and self-initiative and customer-oriented action and thinking round off your profile
