You provide basic first aid knowledge in simple language, adapted to the needs of the target group (people with an international background). These include planning, implementation, documentation and follow-up. You conduct in-depth medical courses as well as practical training to prepare participants for their future missions. You create and review teaching materials so that You are easily understandable and correspond to the linguistic skills of the participants. You accompany and promote participants during training, answer questions and provide individual support. You take medical helper exams, evaluate the services provided and issue certificates for successfully completed courses. You ensure the professional and didactic quality of the training by continuous evaluation and further development of the teaching concept. You strengthen the team spirit and promote the participants in their role as future volunteers.

You ideally have a successfully completed training as a specialist doctor for medical assistants and first-aided apprentices. You have experience in the practical application of first aid and medical measures. You have profound knowledge of first aid and sanity. You apply pedagogical methods to convey knowledge in a simple language. You are characterized by team spirit, commitment and the ability to motivate, encourage and inspire participants. You have strong communication skills and maintain a clear and empathic approach to participants – even with linguistic barriers. You have organisational skills for the planning and structured implementation of courses and exams. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing; further language skills are welcome.
