You take responsibility for your own field of support within the operational unit at the Garching site, advise managers of different hierarchical levels on HR topics and implement appropriate measures. HR instruments and methods are used in a targeted and effective manner - always in compliance with the applicable directives. The tasks also include the creation, formulation and forwarding of work contracts, certificates and other personal documents, if necessary also in cooperation with an external HR service provider. In close and confident coordination, you work with the internal HR interfaces and the Works Council. Executives are actively supported and coaxed in change processes and in issues of organisational development. Individual measures are implemented independently and reliably. In addition, you will be involved in HR projects that serve to continuously optimize and further develop HR structures.

Ideally, you have successfully completed an economic or social studies - alternatively you have a commercial training in connection with a personal training. Multiannual professional experience as a HR Business Partner(m/w/d) in a group of companies or matrix organization. You have a well-founded knowledge of German labour and business constitutional law and are also familiar with the collective agreement law of the metal and electrical industry. The safe handling of MS Office is obvious to you, as well as experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP On-Premise or comparable HR systems. We require very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; we expressly welcome other foreign language skills. A result-oriented way of working, a pronounced will to design, conflictability and enthusiasm for HR topics complete your profile.

We pay a collective salary and if necessary Industry supplements, holiday and Christmas money as well as shift supplements according to the GVP tariff agreement.
