As a team leader IT & IT-Architekt (m/w/d), you will be part of our 30-member development and IT environment where software, infrastructure and real machines come together. With your team, you are responsible for the architecture, planning and implementation of our customer systems at a high industrial level: from the edge server in the production hall to the secure remote access for critical customer facilities. What awaits you: IT architecture with responsibility: You design, evaluate and manage IT architectures for demanding industry and customer systems – not theoretically, but practically and resiliently. End to End Infrastructure: From planning to construction to stable operation: servers, virtualization, networks and remote accesses in productive industrial environments. 24/7 systems. No playground. Virtualization & Platforms (Proxmox): You rely on Proxmox VE as the basis for VMs and Containers, develop clusters and backup concepts and ensure clean separation, scalability and performance. Network & Security Design: VLANs, firewalls, VPN routes and secure customer connections – you unravel robust OT/IT separations and think Security from the start. Leadership & Collaboration: Professional leadership of a powerful IT team, close cooperation with design, costing and implementation, technical Sparring partner for project management and customers Monitoring & Incident Management: You establish monitoring, alerting and clean reaction processes – Disorders analyze you structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented. Direct customer contact: You are technical contact at eye level, explain complex facts intelligible and remain sovereign even when it becomes critical.

Must-have Complete training as a specialist system integration or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the operation of complex IT infrastructures Very good knowledge of virtualization, ideally proxmox Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, RDS Solid network know how (TCP/IP, routing, VPN, firewall) Flowing German Nice-to-have Linux knowledge (Debian, Ubuntu Server) Scripting (PowerShell, Bash) Experience with automation protocols (OPC UA, Modbus) Certifications (LPIC, CCNA, Microsoft) English for technical documentation Your mindset You think in architectures, not just in tickets.
