For our finance team we are looking for an experienced senior financial accountant (m/w/d), who takes full responsibility for all tasks of ongoing accounting and the monthly financial statements.

You are the right person when you work structured, precise and independent, actively thinking, developing processes and enjoy introducing and using Microsoft Dynamics 365 together with us. Your tasks Current accounting Own accounting of all transactions (debitors, creditors, banks, cash registers, asset accounting) Examination and Configuration of Input Accounts (German knowledge mandatory) Monitoring of open items and carrying out dunning Coordination of accounts and clarification of differences Monthly and annual accounts Complete preparation and implementation of the monthly financial statements Creation of provisions, boundaries and bookings in the main book Participation in the annual financial statements according to HGB Support for audits and auditor requests Process optimization & system implementation Active cooperation in the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Optimization and further development of accounting processes Close cooperation with other departments (Controlling, IT, Shopping)

Completed commercial training or studies in Finance/Accounting Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting (ideally 5+ years) Very good knowledge of operational accounting and monthly accounts Secure handling of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Excellent knowledge of German in word and writing (invoicing examination) High autonomy, sense of responsibility and ability to commemorate Analytical operation and pleasure in process optimization Team-oriented personality with hands-on mentality
