vista is a strong association for integrative social and therapeutic work with the focus on substance consumption. Around 240 employees are keen to identify new perspectives for people with substance-related problems and their relatives. You can find us at 15 locations throughout Berlin. We offer help-seekers advice, therapy, support in substitution, housing, assistance for families, low-swelling assistance and measures for integration and employment. vista is an innovative and large carrier. At our locations we are looking for dedicated support – also professional beginners and experienced professionals without professional experience in the field of work. We are now looking for an employee for low-swelling work with people with substance-related problems. Our team in the drug-use areas is looking forward to dedicated reinforcement. The facilities are well connected to the ÖPNV (near S- and U-Bhf. Westhafen & Birkenstraße, as well as Rehberge & Seestraße). The body has a size of 31.2 (80 % RAZ) to 35.1 hours worked per week (90 % RAZ).

You can look forward to this: Salary: A reasonable remuneration is important to us, which is classified according to your individual experience. A full-time job expects a gross annual salary of 40,500 to 43,000 euros. We also have a voluntary loyalty premium. Recreation: You will get 30 days of annual holiday with us. We have a wishful calendar and a rotating system, so that there is a fair distribution of weekend and holiday classes. We don't have a holiday lock during the first six months.
