AI Use-Case Discovery: You identify specific automation and efficiency potentials with the specialist areas, test effort and benefits and prioritize projects reliably. Training & Enablement: You provide usable knowledge of artificial intelligence, answer questions in everyday life and are the first point of contact for all employees. Proof-of-Concept Implementation: You develop lean prototypes to test feasibility and benefit and demonstrate. AI Governance & Compliance: Regulatory, ethical, and IT security requirements will be implemented from the outset and will be consistent with the AI Governance team. Interface & Project Management: As an AI Owner and ambassador, you work closely with IT, departments and external partners and act as intermediaries. In the projects, you can keep track of dates and budgets and report progress to management in a transparent manner.

Technical requirements: You have a background that combines technical understanding with an economic perspective, e.g. by studying business informatics. Experience: For example, you have gathered several years of professional experience as Product Owner, Project Manager or AI Consultant. In the AI environment, you know well and have a high market and trend competence. Competences: In addition to skills in project management, you will be able to translate complex technical topics for different target groups as well as openness for different technologies. Personal strengths: Personally convince us by acting hands-on, staying focused under pressure and gaining stakeholders with strong communication and good networking. Language knowledge: flowing language skills in German and English complete your profile.
